Need Help? The New Givelify Support Center Is There.

Our mission at Givelify is to make giving to any charity or place of worship as easy and beautiful as possible. Still, we know people have questions, and occasionally need help with the mobile giving app and the organization dashboard.

With that in mind, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Givelify Support Center, the place to start for all your technical support needs. Whether you’re a church or nonprofit officer, a giver, or a developer, you’ll find answers to all your Givelify-related questions.

Day or night, 24-7, all the help you need is available so you don’t get slowed down trying to make donations or manage your organization’s account.

How to Use the Support Center

There are two easy ways to get help with the app or the dashboard. You can either type your question or problem into the search bar to find all related solutions, or you can go straight to the help section that’s right for you: churches, nonprofits, givers, or developers.

You can even give each solution a virtual “thumbs up” or “thumbs down,” letting us know if the answer was helpful. That enables us to fine-tune the support center so we can better answer your questions.

And of course it’s mobile-optimized, so it will look beautiful and work great whether you’re on a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Still Stuck? Open a Support Request.

If you still can’t find the answer to your question or you’re still having trouble with your account, you can open a support request and we will respond within one business day. Be sure to fill out the request form completely and describe your issue in as much detail as possible so we can better assist you. Support requests are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
