You Set a One-Day Record In Fundraising With Givelify
Thanks to your support, we’ve been experiencing an incredible amount of growth in donations to places of worship and nonprofits across the country. Your donations are important to the organizations you support. It’s always been our mission—our single most important priority—to give you the easiest and most beautiful giving experience.
On Sunday, Givelify donors set a new one-day record in fundraising with our mobile giving app. Churches and charities will be able to do more than ever to further their missions thanks to your overwhelming generosity.
We saw a volume of donations we’ve never seen before, and for some of you this caused problems with logging into the app or your donations going through. Our team mobilized immediately to address support requests and add more server capacity, so the issues were resolved quickly.
With that in mind, if you were unable to complete your donations yesterday, we ask that you try again today.
If your donation was successful, you would have received a confirmation email. If you are unsure, you can check your donation history in the Givelify app by following these steps:
- If you are using an iOS device, tap Me in the bottom left corner of your screen. For Android users, tap the three horizontal bars at the top left corner of your screen.
- Select My Giving History.
All donations you have made will be listed by year.
