Want To Be a Church Tech Genius? Follow These Influencers.

Figuring out how to effectively use technology in your church can be difficult. So many platforms, so many promises to solve all your problems — even problems you didn’t know you had.

Fortunately there are many resources to help you make informed decisions whether you’re just starting out or want to keep up on all the latest developments. Plus, with many churches just starting their fiscal year, you might be making technology budget decisions.

Even though I don’t work in a church, I follow these blogs myself. I’m a technology fanatic, and I also share some of the most relevant articles on the Givelify Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+ pages.

Here are some of my hand-picked, go-to blogs you should consider following. They don’t all focus specifically on technology; I’ve included blogs that cover social media in the ministry, website design and maintenance, back-office tools, audio/visual presentation, and more. If you make a habit of keeping up with these sources you’ll be a church technology genius in no time.

Note: Some of these blogs are written by entities that sell products and services. This list does not imply endorsement of these products, and is presented in no particular order.
